SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
Solutions4.org is based in Southern California, United States. At this time we ship our merchandise to all of the 50 states within the U.S. as well as many countries internationally. We take great price in our order fulfillment times so that our customers receive their hair loss products as quickly as possible. Orders are typically sent out by the next business day in discreet packaging. Credit card invoices and the shipping label will read Discountbuys.net as the seller/sender.
The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered passes to you the customer once we deliver the merchandise to the shipping carrrier. We, the seller will not be responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. The seller will not be responsible for packages lost or delayed due to the buyers fault of providing an incorrect or incomplete address.
Domestic Orders: Our primary shipping carrier is USPS (United States Postal Service). Packages are typically sent via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation, however, we do reserve the right to use a different carrier of our choice on orders with free delivery. Standard delivery time for USPS Priority Mail is 1-3 business days, however, it this is not a guaranteed time frame as we do not have control over the postal service delivery times. During the checkout process you may be provided with other shipping options, however, extra charges may apply.
International Orders: Please make sure your country allows the products you want to purchase to be shipped to your country before making the purchase. The customs form will indicate "Merchandise" and "Hair Shampoo" or "Vitamins" as the contents depending on what you order. It will indicate the total amount of product purchased for value on the customs form. Shipping costs, taxes, and handling fees will not be included in the balue indicated on the customs form. We, the seller will not be responsible for any custom duties or taxes if there is any. We will NOT pay for import duties, taxes, or any other charges due to customs and international shipping. Customers are responsible for these charges although we do our best to help minimize these costs. These fees, duties, costs, and import taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges. If you refuse the package and the package is returned to us, we will not guarantee any type of refund.

If you do not see your country listed above it means our website is not set up to accept orders to the country listed as the shipping address. We will still be able to sell you products, however, payment must be made by Western Union or MoneyGram. You must email us at email@example.com the products and quantities you are interested in purchasing and we will respond with a price quote which will include shipping costs.
International Shipping Methods: We offer the below shipping methods on international orders.
A. USPS International First Class Mail: This shipping method is the cheapest, however, does not offer full tracking information. You will receive a customs form number that was used on the package which will provide limited tracking information. It will state the date and time of when the package is checked into the USPS system. The following countries will also show when the package was delivered to the shipping address; Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, Great Britain, N Ireland, Israel, Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain, Switzerland. All other countries will just show the date of when the package was checked into the USPS system and no status will be provided after that point.
The average delivery times for this method vary by country, however, typically it is around 7 to 15 business days. This time depends upon how far away your country is from the United States, US and your countrys customs processing times, as well as your local delivery carriers delivery times. This is an average time frame so it can take longer. In extreme cases, USPS states it may take up to 30 to 45 days for delivery. We have no control over the time it takes to deliver your item once we deliver the package to the carrier. We do not control your countrys customs times, weather can effect delivery times, as well as holidays may also impact delivery times. Therefore, please check with yoru postal and customs office for estimated delivery times.
B. USPS International Priority Mail: Takes an average delivery time of 7 to 10 business days but may take longer as this is an average time frame. This method has more tracking information than USPS Int'l First Class Mail.
C. USPS International Express Mail: Offers full tracking information and the average delivery time is 4 to 6 business days, however, it may take longer as this is an average time frame.
Due to the type of products we sell on our website (being topical products applied directly to the skin and products taken orally), we have a no refund and no exchange policy. This is for the protection of our customers to ensure that we are always providing safe, fresh, and non-tampered with products to our valued customers.
The only refunds Solutions4.org will make is due to any address or shipping errors made by our company. This does not include shipping errors due to incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer. Nor does in include any errors in delivery or issues experienced by the shipping carrier
